Seventh roll - action

[Hello Goldenrod! Now, the anime map clearly indicates that there are a bunch of parks or at least general areas of greenery in this city. Tonight, if you stumble across one in particular, you might see a sight that is really quite concerning. ]

[Three hobos gathered around a somewhat pitiful fire trying to keep warm in the chilly weather. Temperatures aren’t that bad, but the winds are horrible.]

[Except they’re only temporary hobos. Tulio, Miguel and Envy have just been running low on the connings and thievery lately, and breaking into the hotel is too bothersome to attempt more than once or twice. It’s irksome. They’re frustrated. And desperate.]

[Okay, not that desperate. But know that if you approach (by all means do!) you may or may not get things stolen.]

[Meanwhile, enjoy the thieves being annoyed with the situation.]

Well we could always let Bicho loose in the Department Store and run off with whatever we can grab while everyone's distracted like we planned a while ago. [Envy snorts.] He causes enough mess outside that I can only imagine what he'd do inside.

[He half-smirks at Tulio.] You know, if you need a bigger pokemon to block the wind you could always borrow Ouroboros. [Said snake hears this and perks up, staring in Tulio's direction. Attention?]

Rana is bigger. _{[Vague gesture to the huge flower on the Venusaur's back.]} And smells better.

[Envy shoots a quick glare at Miguel for upstaging him before turning back to Tulio. Ouroboros, however, slithers closer to Miguel so that she can give him an indignant look. Are you saying she smells bad, friendly human who gives headscratches? She thought you liked her!]

[Envy nods at what Tulio's saying.] Alright. What do you want me doing?

[He'll improvise and come up with what to do himself if necessary, but Tulio is still the leader.]

So, what's the plan? _{[Because Miguel knows Tulio always has a plan, and if he doesn't there will be one soon enough.]}

It's simple.

_{[Simple plans are the best. Clearly. Looking between the both of them to make sure he's got their attention, he keeps his hands up as if estimating the size of something.]}

Outside the department store on the busiest day we let Bicho loose with clear instructions to ... play with as many people as he can. They'll be out of their minds. With shopping bags. We just take their stuff when they're busy panicking because of the horse-sized idiot bug in their faces.

_{[He waves a hand around at that, in a sort of dismissive gesture.]}

[Envy laughs.] And if anyone wonders where the bug came from, all you have to do is say he got out and you were trying to get him under control. Easy con and easy excuse.
